We process account name, email, encrypted password credentials, subscription status, extension device/session identifier, IP address, parcel identifiers, address and person lookup fields, page fields used for a search, uploaded PDF/CSV content needed for an import, usage counters and diagnostic logs.
Data is used only to authenticate accounts, enforce subscription and daily Free-plan limits, detect multiple Free accounts using one IP, retrieve property and public-record information, generate parcel maps, provide requested AI research, prevent abuse and operate support.
Requested property data may be processed using public-record/property data providers, FEMA, mapping services and Google Gemini/Search. Stripe processes subscription payments; Zoeflex does not receive or store full card details.
Property lookup and AI response caches are retained for up to 120 days. Daily IP security records are retained for up to 90 days. Account and billing records are retained while the account is active and as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention and support obligations.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Users may cancel through the Stripe customer portal and may request account-data deletion by contacting [email protected].
Zoe Flex LLC is the seller and operator. Google is not involved in payment processing or subscription support.
